In this game your trying to get all of  the territories. A turn has three parts. Draft when you get troops , Attack when you attack ( you can attack until you can't attack any more ) and Fortify where you move troops. You can play against the internet or a friend. You can change from automatic to manual. Manual is when you plot your self and deploy troops your self.  In automatic mode the computer does this. RISK costs 99 cents.
